By accessing this website or making any purchase from Sheisty Shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this site or any services/products offered by Sheisty Shop. We reserve the right to revoke access to the website, services, or community forums at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

User Representations

By using the website ("Site"), you confirm and warrant that:

• All personal and billing information you provide is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and agree to adhere to these Terms.
• You are either of legal age in your jurisdiction or have obtained permission from a parent or guardian.
• You will not use bots, scripts, or any other non-human methods to access or interact with the Site.
• You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
• Your use will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Providing false or incomplete information may lead to suspension or termination of your access. Sheisty Shop is not responsible for any actions taken by users — the account holder bears full responsibility for all use and activity related to their account.

PRODUCT USE POLICY

All access to Sheisty Shop products requires a valid purchase, which may include a license key or user account credentials. While many products are delivered instantly, certain items may take up to 24 hours and will be sent via email.

Sheisty Shop is not liable for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from user activity. In such cases, the customer agrees to indemnify Sheisty Shop. Licenses are intended for use on a single device. If a hardware change disrupts access, a member of our staff may review your case to determine if reactivation is appropriate.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for the following:

• Sharing login credentials or accessing from multiple devices without prior approval.
• Payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal of charges.
• Misusing the software, attempting to modify or exploit it, or using it outside its intended scope.
• Violating our community policies or acting in a hostile manner toward Sheisty Shop.
• Operating the software on a virtual environment or alongside spoofing/hardware ID manipulation tools.

PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to maintain accurate and complete account, payment, and contact details when using the Site. All transactions must be paid in USD. By placing an order, you authorize Sheisty Shop to process the payment using your selected method.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors, even post-payment. Orders may be canceled, restricted, or limited per user, account, or billing/shipping details.

Fraudulent payments or attempts to dispute a valid charge may result in immediate account termination and further legal action.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, Sheisty Shop does not issue refunds once a product is delivered or partially used. We reserve the right to decline refund requests at our discretion. Please ensure you are purchasing a product that suits your needs before finalizing payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled if the digital goods or services have not yet been delivered.

DOWNTIME & COMPENSATION

We are not obligated to offer compensation or extend licenses in cases of software downtime or service interruption.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This EULA governs all usage of Sheisty Shop's software. By downloading or using our software, you accept all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

You acknowledge that Sheisty Shop retains all ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with the software. This agreement does not grant you permission to use any trademarks, branding, or assets outside of the granted license.

You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Disassembling, reverse engineering, modifying, or reselling the software.
• Sharing, redistributing, or sublicensing your license.
• Using the software for any illegal or malicious intent.

Violation of this EULA will result in immediate termination of your license without notice.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use and remove all copies of the software from your devices.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Sheisty Shop provides all software and services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Users accept all risks associated with downloading and using our products.
